Bikes are collected on 30 September 2024. JHB riders can drop their bikes at Raceworx (JHB) and Cape Town riders can drop their bikes off at FAST KTM (CPT). These bikes will leave on 30 September 2 pm and be transported to Coffee Bay. They will then be returned on 9 October. You can send an empty fuel can with your bike. All luggage must go with you on the plane.
You will be collected from Mthatha airport on the 1st of October.
You will be transferred by shuttle to Ocean View Hotel on 1 October and back to the Mthatha airport on 5 October.
Note – Please book your flight into Mthata airport on 1 October to be there before 2 pm. Your departure flight must be booked from Mthatha Airport to depart not before 11 am on Sunday 5 October. Airlink would be the provider of choice for your journey.
Please bring R500 in cash to ensure the team can fill your empty fuel drums when they arrive with the transport service. You can pay this over at Registration.

Right to Cancel : Red Cherry Events reserves the right to cancel the No Hassle package if they do not manage to sell all 16 tickets.
