Ride Registration
Registration is at Ocean View Hotel, on Wednesday 2 October, from 14:00 – 19:00. Riders within a Team must register together. No late registrations will be allowed unless through prior arrangement with organisers

The front lawn area at the Ocean View Hotel.
What you need to bring
- Drivers license
- GPS for download
- Helmet for safety check
Parking
All vehicles will be parked securely inside Ocean View Hotel for the duration of the trip.

Perhaps a few quiet ones in the pub. Take it easy though boys and girls, a long day awaits you.
06:30 – Breakfast
07:30 – Luggage and fuel drop off
Another awesome breakfast awaits.
08:00 – Depart: Ocean View – The Haven
15:00 – Chill Time
19:00 – Dinner
20:30 – Riders Brieifing

Ride Briefing
Location : Ocean View Hotel
Pre Race Briefing will be at Ocean View Hotel, on Wednesday, 2 October from 19:00 – 20:00.
Attendance is essential
Your whole team will be required to be present at riders briefing each evening. There is important information about the route and safety that the team from Red Cherry Events will need to convey to everyone.
Join the group
Loads of important information will get transferred via the Sea to Sea WhatsApp group. Invites go out the week of the event. Ensure that you get added and never miss a thing.
GPS Download
Download the files
Routes will be sent out on the 29th of September to all competitors via email. If you have problems transferring these routes onto your GPS, we will be able to assist all riders at registration. Please bring your GPS device with you to registration and our crew will gladly load.
Please note: we can only assist with Garmin Etrex devices. We will do our best to accommodate other brands but we cannot guarantee the transfer will be successful.

Meals and drinks
Race Village
- Riders will be supplied with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner every day. Lunch is served informally, whilst Breakfast & Dinner are more formal
- Breakfast: 06:30 – 07:30
- Lunch: Takes place at the water points
- Dinner : 18:00 – 19:00
- If you have any specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies etc) – please let us know, we’ll happily accommodate
En Route
There will be 1 or 2 Waterpoints each day. These points will supply energy drinks, cold water, coke and snacks. Please check the route section for exact distances between water points. We advise you to pack extra snacks in your support drivers vehicle.
Beverages
All alcoholic and soft drinks will be on sale from the Hotel Bar.
Organisers will also supply single source water for water points and consumption during each stage.

Cancellation policy
A R1500pp non refundable deposit is required to confirm your entry, with the balance payable 2 months before event date.
Riders wanting to cancel will forfeit the following part of their total entry fee.
- 75% of the total entry fee (less non-refundable deposit) will be refunded for admin costs and the balance refunded if written notice is received before 1 June.
- 50% of the entry fee (less non-refundable deposit) will be refunded if written notice is received before 1 July.
- 25% of the entry fee (less non-refundable deposit) will be refunded if written notice is received before 1 August.
- After 2 August 0% will be refunded but riders will however still be able to receive their goody bags.
Riders can substitute at any time for a fee of R50. Click here to view your entry and “change ownership”.
